Acting as a trusted advisor during the early stages of the customer lifecycle, this role delivers training, provides industry best practices, and ensures customers are equipped to achieve their business objectives and maximize value from the platform.Manage project timelines, onboarding milestones, and customer readiness activities to ensure a successful platform deployment.Deliver product training sessions and hospitality best practice guidance tailored to customer needs and business objectives.Maintain accurate customer records and implementation documentation within CRM and internal systems.Excellent communication, presentation, and training delivery skills.Highly organized with strong project management and time management capabilities.Comfortable working with technology platforms, data, and CRM systems.Hospitality, SaaS, or technology industry experience is preferred.Professional proficiency in English, Spanish, and French, German, Italian, or Portuguese.Grow your experience with web and cloud technologies in a very innovative technology environment.
