Experteer Overview In this role you will drive content acquisition and FAST channel strategy for the DACH region, partnering with studios and distributors to build a diverse slate aligned with audience and business goals.
You will manage licensing deals end-to-end and onboard locally relevant FAST channels, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Your work supports Rakuten TV's growth in AVOD/FAST markets and strengthens partner relationships.
This is a data-driven, fast-paced position with a clear impact on content strategy and regional expansion.
Compensaciones / Incentivos • Execute the content acquisition and FAST channel carriage strategy to meet audience and business objectives • Negotiate and close content licensing and carriage agreements with studios, distributors, and third-party FAST providers • Identify and onboard new locally relevant FAST channels and rightsholder distributors in the DACH market (and potentially other territories)



• Manage key partner relationships and uncover new opportunities while ensuring smooth collaboration • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, BI, Programming, Marketing, Media Sales, and Operations to implement deals and meet obligations and goals • Oversee rights management for complex agreements including titles, release windows, territories, languages, and rights exploitation Responsabilidades • Proven experience in content licensing, acquisition, or distribution in AVOD/FAST environments • Strong understanding of content landscape, audience appeal, market trends in AVOD/FAST • Excellent negotiation and deal management skills with multi-territory rights • Strong account management and relationship-building with studios, distributors, and content partners • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail • Analytical and commercial mindset combining data with content expertise Requisitos principales •
