Experteer Overview In this role you own and optimize the Mautic infrastructure on AWS to enable scalable email delivery at scale.
You work closely with a technical lead and cross-functional teams to move from firefighting to a stable, high-availability system.
You will contribute to data platform and attribution work in the medium term, while maintaining strong deliverability and system health.
This is a remote, growth-focused opportunity with meaningful impact on marketing tech infrastructure.
Compensaciones / Ventajas • Own and optimize Mautic infrastructure (PHP/Symfony plugins/modules) on AWS with SES for high-volume email sending • Tune and manage MySQL databases under heavy load; optimize queries, indexing, maintenance and data cleanup • Manage queues (RabbitMQ) and ensure fast, reliable sending with scalable architecture • Monitor and troubleshoot sends, queues, and servers; prevent outages and support large-scale campaigns • Maintain deliverability settings (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, bounces, complaints) with occasional fine-tuning • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data,



and Revenue; reproduce and fix issues from tickets • Maintain and evolve custom code and runbooks; document fixes and architecture • Contribute to data platform initiatives (ClickHouse, Python pipelines, Go services, Aerospike) and attribution in the medium term • Support incident response during sends; participate in the on-call readiness when needed • Document architecture, runbooks, and fixes • Support platform improvements to reach ~3M emails/day without outages Responsabilidades • Senior-level experience in systems, infrastructure or technical operations (?5 years) • Experience with servers, Linux, DNS, networking, traffic, and email sending • Proven ability to administer and optimize MySQL under heavy load • English mandatory (B2); Spanish preferred • Location in Spain Requisitos principales • Fully remote work • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Language lessons • Annual in-person gathering • Competitive salary (40k–47k EUR)
