Experteer Overview In this role you will support category and sourcing for direct materials with a strong focus on commercial topics like TDC, supplier strategies, negotiations, and contract management.
You will collaborate with Ru****amp;D, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing and Sales to anticipate future sourcing needs and drive cost optimization.
You'll work within a European/general procurement network, contributing to local and regional initiatives and ERP-driven improvements.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with meaningful impact on supply continuity and cost efficiency.
Compensaciones / Beneficios • Support TDC sourcing processes and methodologies to optimize cost and create value • Develop and execute sourcing and savings projects with pipeline, execution, validation and tracking • Shape direct materials sourcing strategies including tail vendors to reduce cost and improve supply security • Lead or assist in commercial negotiations and long-term supplier agreements • Monitor supplier performance (cost, delivery, service level, risk)



and trigger improvements • Collaborate cross-functionally on product development to forecast future sourcing needs • Monitor supplier markets and trends; provide commercial recommendations to stakeholders • Coordinate supplier qualification initiatives from a commercial perspective • Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and ERP deployment • Collaborate with European and global procurement teams to align strategies and share best practices • Investigate and communicate supply risks or disruptions including force majeure • Ensure continuity of supply for assigned categories • Contribute to procurement and business financial targets • Autonomy in leading supplier price and contract negotiations • Support supplier selection and sourcing decisions • Lead or contribute to cross-functional procurement projects Responsabilidades • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field OR High School Diploma with procurement experience • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) Requisitos principales •
