About our client PER has partnered with a growing European Real Assets investor which is looking to add a Portfolio Associate to the team.
The Associate will partner with different business areas including asset management, finance, acquisitions and external stakeholders in providing valuations, financial modelling, analytics and performance analysis of the current portfolio.
The business is going through an exciting growth phase as it develops its portfolio across Europe.What the job involves Support portfolio modelling and valuation cycle by building and updating financial asset modelsUpdate cash flow models with latest assumptions and perform in depth asset analysisReview market conditions to drive model assumptions and assess the value of the assets.Support hold and sell analysis by providing fund-level returnsSupport performance measurement and prepare cash flow forecasts for investor reportingLiaises with external advisors to facilitate external valuations and analysis.Monitor debt compliance at fund and asset levelsOversight and management of junior team membersWho we are looking for Educational Degree in a relevant financial fieldStrong proficiency in cashflow financial modellingStrong understanding of real estate or infrastructure valuations and assumptionsStrong analytical and quantitative skills requiredStrong communication, listening and organizational skillsStrong report writing skills/presentation skillsSelf-starter and team player who embraces collaborationExperience with working with international teamsBusiness level written and communication skills in EnglishStrong management and leadership skills
