Support the company's business growth by managing and developing a portfolio of clients, ensuring a strong relationship, high satisfaction, and achievement of commercial targets.
This role combines account management with a solid understanding of digital sales processes (marketplaces, checkout, brand visibility, etc.) to deliver solutions that add value and improve the customer experience.
Understand clients' operational and technological needs (marketplaces, e-commerce, retailers) and coordinate tailored solutions.
Work closely with IT, Operations, and Marketing teams to support integrations, onboardings, issue resolution, and improvements in logistics workflows.
Analyze account performance, market activity, and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and activity reports.
Requirements 3–4 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development,



or commercial roles in digital, logistics, or e-commerce environments.
General understanding of last‐mile delivery models (PUDO, Lockers, Home Delivery, Fulfillment).
Familiarity with online purchasing processes (checkout, order management tools, integration software).
High level of English.
Proficiency with CRM tools and digital environments.
