Provide exceptional customer support via emails
Provide information on loan terms, account details, and legal matters
Manage tickets and workflows using Zendesk and Jira
Excellent English and German skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
Experience in customer support
Background in banking, legal, or financial services
Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy standards
Proficiency in using Zendesk and Jira
Strong attention to detail and reliability when handling sensitive or legal information
Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM)
