We are seeking an experienced First Mate to join a 45m+ sailing yacht operating a dual-season cruising program, with the vessel soon heading to the Caribbean.The idóneo candidate will have previousFirst Mate experience on a similar-sized sailing yacht, with strong navigation and leadership skills, proven rigging expertise and confident sail handling.
Regatta experience is highly desirable, alongside a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high standards onboard.
Candidates must hold theirOOW **** or Yachtmaster Oceanqualification.

Start:ASAP, joining in Spain
Salary:€6,500–€7,000 per month
Leave:3.5 days per month
