Turn defined hiring needs into structured sourcing strategies and talent maps

Research companies, competitors, adjacent industries, professional networks, and talent pools to build shortlists

Assess potential candidates against role requirements and identify strong matches

Draft personalised outreach messages for hiring managers and candidates

Manage initial outreach, follow-ups, sequencing, and tracking across searches

Connect interested candidates with hiring managers

Maintain clear, up-to-date candidate pipeline information

Identify market patterns and use insights to improve targeting

Support hiring managers across functions, geographies, and industries

Use AI and sourcing tools to research markets, identify talent, and personalise outreach

Требования:

Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, executive search, sales development (SDR/BDR), research, or outbound outreach

Strong research skills and curiosity





Good judgement when assessing candidate relevance

Excellent written communication and the ability to adapt tone to different audiences

Experience writing personalised cold outreach that generates responses

Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple searches and pipelines

High attention to detail

Comfort using AI tools and technology for research and outreachDiscretion and responsibility when handling confidential information and communications

Professional fluency in English

You do not need full-cycle recruiting experience;

the role prioritises research, candidate identification, and engagement skills.
