Location: Fully Remote (Europe) UK hours

Key Responsibilities

Own technical decisions around architecture, scalability, and performance.

Build robust APIs (REST/GraphQL) and ensure clean integration with front-end systems.

Collaborate with product, design, and Dev Ops to deliver elegant, user-centric solutions.

Establish and uphold engineering standards: code reviews, CI/CD, testing, and documentation .

Key Skills & Experience

7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development

AI Experience - setting up agents on Claude

Strong proficiency in React.js / Next.js and Node.js (Express or NestJS) .

Solid understanding of AWS , Docker , and modern CI/CD pipelines .

Experienced with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.

Familiarity with microservices or serverless architectures.

Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
