Own the full sales cycle, from new business prospecting to closing

Build and grow long-term relationships with FMCG brands in the DACH market

Spot new business opportunities and shape tailored campaigns in sampling, market research and influencer marketing

Analyze campaign results and advise clients on market and social media trends

Keep your pipeline up to date in the CRM

Work closely with internal teams

Represent the company at client meetings, trade fairs and industry events across Europe

Требования

C2 level German and very good English

At least 3 years of B2B sales experience

Experience in new business,

Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Base salary of €32,000 to €40,000 per year, plus €10,000 to €14,000 in yearly commission (OTE €42,000 to €54,000) Versátil hours, short Fridays and up to 40% home office 15 days of remote work per year from anywhere in the EU 25 vacation days, plus one extra day after 3 years
