Задачи:

Lead and coach the sales team on managing and improving cold-calling strategies, building relationships with potential clients, uncovering their business needs, and recommending suitable ADP products and services

Drive business growth by reaching and exceeding sales goals

Cross-sell ADP products and solutions to existing accounts

Collaborate daily with internal and external customers and maintain good customer relations

Требования: 1-3 Years of experience managing a sales team

Goal-oriented, with a proven ability to reach and exceed monthly and yearly quotas

Strong organization, time management, and activity management skills

Excellent MS Office systems literacy

Fluent in Dutch and English

Experience combining sales technology, AI-driven tools, and data insights to drive pipelines and revenue
