I’m partnering with a clinical-stage biotech to find experienced CRAs in SPAIN and GERMANY to support their ongoing clinical development programmes.

Respiratory trial experience is a strong plus, but CRAs from adjacent therapeutic areas with transferable monitoring experience are very welcome to apply.

Remote, field-based with regular site travel

Germany: 0.4 FTE, increasing to 1.0 FTE in the new year

The role

Independently manage your own portfolio of investigational sites

Conduct qualification, initiation, routine monitoring and close-out visits in line with ICH-GCP

Carry out SDV and protocol compliance checks, and **escalate** deviations and risks

Act as the main point of contact for investigators and site staff

Work closely with CTMs, CPMs and cross-functional study teams

What we’re looking for





Proven experience as a CRA in a pharma, biotech or CRO setting

A track record of independent on-site monitoring across the full study lifecycle

Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP

Comfort juggling multiple sites and competing priorities

Based in Spain or Germany, with fluent local language skills

Flexibility to travel regularly to sites

Nice to have

Respiratory or adjacent TA experience

Sponsor-side monitoring experience

Experience on complex, multicentre trials
