We’re hiring: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst / Operations Specialist

We’re looking for someone to support day-to-day SFMC operations while helping business teams make the most of the platform. You’ll work closely with the Product Owner, keeping campaigns and journeys running smoothly and contributing to the platform’s continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:

Support campaign and journey setup, testing and deployment

Monitor automations and troubleshoot operational issues

Help with audience segmentation, data quality and consent processes

Support UAT, backlog follow-up and new SFMC features

Create documentation, user guides and training materials





Work with business and technical teams across countries and business units

What we’re looking for: 4+ years’ experience in CRM, business analysis or marketing technology

Strong hands‑on experience with

Salesforce Marketing Cloud

: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio and Data Extensions

Knowledge of campaign execution, segmentation, SQL, testing and troubleshooting

An analytical, proactive and organised approach

Professional English;

French is a plus. Spanish is also welcome

Experience working in an international environment
