We are hiring a B2 B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Spanish and strong cold calling experience to join an international, tech-driven sales team based in Sofia. This is a full-time hybrid position (office + remote) in a dynamic digital advertising environment, offering stability, career growth, and relocation support. Your Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage B2 B leads Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies Build and manage a strong sales pipeline Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets Requirements Native-level Spanish (mandatory) Fluent English Minimum 2 years of B2 B cold calling sales experience Solid knowledge of business development,



lead generation, and qualification methodologies Experience in tech, Saa S, or digital advertising is highly desirable Strong communication skills and results-driven mindset
