Experteer Overview In this role you will manufacture and assemble composite parts for main assemblies, applying prepreg, infusion or injection techniques and curing processes. You will work within the manufacturing team to ensure part quality and traceability across all stages, while upholding health and safety rules. You will engage in first-level quality checks and support repairs, contributing to Airbus’s quality-driven production. This position offers hands-on involvement with advanced composite technologies in a high-stakes aerospace environment. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manufacture and integrate composite parts/sub-assemblies using manual or automated tools and jigs
• Apply prepreg, resin infusion/injection techniques; perform lay-up, forming, and curing
• Install inserts, perform vacuum bagging, and manage curing processes (autoclave/ovens)
• Demoulding and rework of composite contours; repair parts/assemblies as needed
• Conduct first-level quality inspection and ensure traceability at all stages
• Adhere to composite health and safety rules and uphold integrity/compliance requirements Responsabilidades
