Responsibilities

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and closing cycles through data collection and consolidation
- Conduct P&L;, headcount, and cash flow analysis; prepare financial dashboards and reports
- Perform financial data validation and reconciliations across reporting systems
- Identify FP&A; process improvements and support automation or AI-enabled solution development
- Support implementation and testing of new finance tools and contribute ad-hoc financial analysis

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
- Fluent English written, read, and spoken communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organizational and team collaboration abilities
- Power BI, Power Automate, or AI tools experience preferred
