focusing on plating techniques and flavor profiles that meet AMResorts' integral standards.Food Safety:Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) within the kitchen.Innovation:Participate in menu briefings and learn about local Canarian ingredients and sustainable sourcing.What We Are Looking ForEducation:Currently enrolled in a Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or Hospitality Management program.Passion:A genuine love for food, a "can-do" attitude, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.Language:Intermediate level ofEnglish or Spanish(both is a plus).
