The Director of Field Marketing, Asia Pacific / Middle East will lead and scale Shield AI's largest regional field marketing organization, spanning the Middle East, India, and Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore and reporting to the VP, General Field Marketing Units, this leader will develop the strategy, team, programs, and operating discipline required to support Shield AI's growth across a diverse and rapidly evolving set of aerospace and defense markets.

This role will partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Capture, Growth,



Product Marketing, and executive leadership to translate regional business priorities into high-impact field marketing programs that strengthen strategic relationships, accelerate opportunities, support capture efforts, and generate measurable pipeline impact.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of international defense and aerospace markets and is comfortable navigating complex government, military, acquisition, and industry stakeholder environments. This is a player-coach role for a strategic leader who can build and lead a high-performing regional team while remaining hands-on in the development and execution of critical programs.

The role requires significant international travel, approximately *% of the time, across the Middle East, India, and Asia Pacific.
What You'll Do

Lead and scale Field Marketing across the Middle East, India, and Asia Pacific, establishing a unified regional strategy aligned with Shield AI's global Go-to-Market priorities.
Lead the company's largest regional field marketing team, developing organizational structure, talent, processes, and operating rhythms that enable the team to scale effectively across multiple markets.
