IE University's School of Science & Technology is looking for an Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Vice Dean of Faculty and Research and to the School's full-time faculty, with a particular focus on research activities.
The Assistant will support the day-to-day administrative processes associated with faculty research and contribute to the coordination and follow-up of research-related activities across the School, working closely with the Vice Dean of Faculty and Research and coordinating with the Research Office and other University departments when required.Given the strong research and experimental activity of the School, the role will have a particular focus on supporting faculty with the operational and administrative processes associated with research projects, laboratories and research-related expenditure, in close coordination with the Research Office.Why IE University?

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to full-time faculty in relation to their research activities.
Managing travel arrangements related to research activities, including travel requests, bookings, accommodation and coordination with the University's travel agency.
- Supporting purchasing and supplier management, including supplier registration, collection and follow-up of required documentation, purchase requests and coordination with vendors and relevant internal departments.
