Your role is toturn product adoption into long-term partnerships, ensuring clients generate measurable business value while identifying opportunities to grow their use of the platform.




Your impact will be directly visible in client retention, expansion revenue, and platform adoption.
Own and grow a portfolioof clients in Italy, plus a set of accounts in the Netherlands and the UK.
Serve as themain point of contactfor agencies using Sortlist.
Drive retention, renewals, expansion, and adoption across the product ecosystem.
Conduct structured QBRs and define mutual action plans.
Identify and executeupsell and cross-sellopportunities.
Manage churn risks and commercial conversations proactively.
Maintain a clean pipeline and accurate forecasts in HubSpot.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve client outcomes.
Provide structured feedback from the field to influence product and go-to-market decisions.
