FRV is seeking a Structured Finance & M&A; Analyst to support the European debt financing, project valuation, and financial close processes for solar and wind assets. You will build financial models from scratch, conduct DSCR and sensitivity analyses, and work with internal teams and financial institutions to structure and close deals.
You will contribute to tenders and PPAs, draft investment materials, and assist in negotiations of financing terms.
