Experience investigating functional and technical application issues, analysing logs, application data and monitoring information.
Ability to perform root-cause analysis and define corrective actions or appropriate workarounds.
Experience with ServiceNow.
Knowledge of ITIL practices.
Experience with monitoring tools or production-support environments.
