About the role
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant designs, develops and supports CRM solutions that enable GRI teams to work effectively with business and customer information.
The role translates business needs into scalable Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure-based solutions and contributes to the continuous improvement of GRI's digital capabilities.




Working closely with business stakeholders and the IT team in the Netherlands, the role delivers reliable solutions, resolves production issues and supports users across the organization.
ResponsibilitiesDeliveryDesign, develop, customize and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that meet agreed business requirements and support effective business processes.
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, process flows, security roles and related solutions.
Develop and maintain custom CRM functionality and integrations using C#, .
NET, REST APIs and Microsoft Azure integration services.
Develop and improve Power Platform solutions that streamline business processes and improve user productivity.
Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes and implement sustainable solutions that maintain the reliability of CRM services.
Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and maintain clear technical, solution and support documentation.
