* Attend to all sales enquiries & assist in sales launches, marketing activities & roadshows.
* Build & maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers.
* Assists in Marketing Research.
* Work closely with the marketing team to develop, execute campaigns and marketing strategy.




* Any ad-hoc task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time What do you need to have to be successful in this role?
* Candidate possess SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
* Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the property industry/ related field is required for this position.
* Knowledge of sales & marketing / computer literate
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
* Applicants must be willing to travel and work in Cheras, Selangor.
* Willing to work on weekend / public holiday
