What you'll do
* Lead Learning & Development initiatives across the organization.
* Design and implement talent, performance and career development programs.
* Manage and optimize our LMS and digital learning experience.
* Drive leadership development and employee growth initiatives.
* Lead strategic People projects and HR programs.
* Partner with managers to strengthen capabilities and support organizational development. What we're looking for
* 5+ years of experience in Talent Management,



Learning & Development, Organizational Development or HR Projects.
* Experience managing LMS platforms and learning initiatives.
* Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
