* Responsible for developing dealer networks in the Spanish market for the automotive brands represented by the company, including Hong, BESTUNE, YOOUDOOO, 212, Forthing, and others;
* Identify, evaluate, and onboard dealers with strong financial capability and proven sales performance;
* Lead channel negotiations and contract execution to rapidly establish presence in untapped markets.
* Own the overall sales volume targets of the assigned dealer network, ensuring annual and quarterly targets are met;
* Cascade sales targets to individual dealers and establish a tracking, monitoring, and review mechanism;
* Drive dealers to improve retail sales, deal conversion rates, and inventory turnover efficiency;
* Develop corrective action plans for underperforming channels and follow up on improvement results. III. Channel Operations & Performance Improvement




* Responsible for regional sales network planning, including dealer performance assessment, business enablement, and admission/exit management, to ensure a stable and efficient channel structure;
* Manage day-to-day operations of dealers and agents, coordinating the resolution of their routine issues. Qualifications
