About The Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Manager fluent in Dutch to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and has a passion for sales, client success, and account development.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop relationships with Dutch-speaking clients
* Act as the main point of contact, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
* Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports Requirements
* Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level)
* Good command of English (B2 or higher)
* Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Results-driven with a commercial mindset
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively Eligibility
* EU citizenship OR
* Valid work permit for Spain
