* Manage the application portfolio as a service owner.
* Manage cloud and/or on-premises applications, including access rights, billing, licences, monitoring, resources, roles, security and updates.
* Coordinate service delivery to business teams and ensure uninterrupted IT services.
* Organise and carry out technical implementations for all changes throughout the application lifecycle. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support with assistance from partners and vendors.
* Manage improvements and corrective changes throughout the application lifecycle.
* Support projects involving new application deployments, infrastructure migrations and upgrades.
* Work closely with clients to define requirements and set expectations.
* Build strong partnerships between the Applications team and other IT departments.
* Create and maintain end-user and technical documentation. Required skills and qualities

* Experience in Microsoft and/or Linux environments is a plus.
* Experience with SQL and/or PowerShell is a plus.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or on-premises infrastructure components is a plus.
* Knowledge of security policies (GDPR), contract management and SLAs is a plus.
* Experience with documentation management systems such as Confluence or SharePoint is an asset. Practical information
