* Handle customer inquiries related to banking products and services in German and English
* Leverage your sales experience to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate financial solutions
* Guide customers through account openings, product inquiries, and any banking transactions
* Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
* Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high-level satisfaction
* Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our system
* Stay informed about banking regulations and products to aid clients effectively Requirements
* Fluent in German and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
* Prior experience in customer service,

* Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting sales targets
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
