What You'll Do
* Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage
* Provide hands‑on ADL support when needed
* Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards
* Review charting and ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
* Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly
* Support onboarding and mentor new team members
* Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions What We're Looking For:
* High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
* CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
* Strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills
* Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care Lead Caregiver
