About the role
The Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor will support eCommerce customers across multiple channels, handling enquiries, complaints and more complex issues while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure while accurately documenting customer interactions. * Norwegian native/Born in Norway Good English
* Customer service / banking-oriented profile
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable handling financial and customer information
* Willing to work on-site in Benalmádena initially
