Experteer Overview As Iberia FSO Manager, you partner with Iberia’s senior leaders to shape strategy and drive growth, backed by a local analyst. You will oversee FPu0026amp;A activities, forecasting, and financial planning to support executive decision-making. You’ll lead a small team of analysts and deliver board-ready materials. This role sits at the crossroads of Sales Operations and finance within a matrix environment, offering a meaningful impact on regional performance and strategy. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Act as strategy partner and advisor to local leadership

• Create board-level presentations for executive leadership
• Track and manage regional goals within a matrix organization
• Lead Sales Operations deliverables (territory design, quota setting, customer targeting, performance management)

• Develop and manage a team of analysts

• Bachelor degree; Master’s preferred in business or economics
• 10+ years of experience with 3–5 years in strategic planning and Pu0026L management
• Strong business acumen and ability to master the business model
• Proven experience in coaching and developing a team
• Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex insights
• Intellectual curiosity and comfort navigating ambiguity
• Ability to manage concurrent deliverables in a dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English
