A leading general customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Benalmádena, Spain and is hiring for the role of Customer Advisor. You will support e Commerce customers with orders, enquiries and complaints. As a Dutch-speaking specialist you will be the friendly, professional voice of the company for its customers, handling contacts by phone, email and live chat. What you will do Handle incoming customer contacts in Dutch by phone, email and live chat Understand each customer's need and give accurate, complete answers using the right tools Build trust through clear, friendly and professional communication Document every interaction accurately in the company's systems Contribute to your team's quality, productivity and customer-satisfaction targets What we are looking for Native or fluent Dutch (C1+) and good English (B2+),



spoken and written Excellent communication and active-listening skills Good communication and problem-solving skills Empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while documenting every interaction accurately
