We are recruiting a highly motivated Business Development Representative for a leading general AI company, focusing on GenAI advertising solutions for the German-speaking market. You will be a proactive hunter: identifying, engaging and closing new clients through inbound and outbound strategies, using your digital marketing knowledge and a consultative sales approach. Curiosity, commercial drive and a customer-centric mindset are key.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling) Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in the CRM (e.g. Salesforce) Collaborate with internal teams on onboarding and customer success handover Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions where applicable Requirements C1 level German and B2 level English Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem)



Experience in pre-sales or lead qualification Proven experience in B2B sales or business development Minimum 2–3 Years Of Relevant Experience Strong communication skills, including C-level interaction Experience With Salesforce Or Other CRM Tools Experience in outbound sales and cold calling Self-prospecting capabilities Revenue
