? About Juryo At Juryo we are building the AI voice operating system for B2C law firms. Our agents qualify, sell, onboard, support clients and handle collections. They already work with more than 30 law firms in Spain and the UK, and in 7 months we have gone from 0 to €1M ARR. ? The role Behind every agent call there’s a platform: the integrations with each firm’s CRM, WhatsApp, calendars, payments, the data, the dashboards our clients look at every morning. That platform is growing as fast as our client base, and we need engineers who can build it at that speed. What is a Software Engineer at Juryo? You own big parts of the platform end to end: from the idea to production, and then keeping it alive and scaling. We build AI native. You won’t spend your day writing every line by hand: you’ll direct coding agents, review their work, make the architecture calls and ship far more than a traditional engineer could. If you love building systems that hold up under real load and real clients, this is for you. What you’ll do
• Build and scale the core platform: backend, APIs, workflows and the infrastructure our agents run on.
• Build integrations with whatever our clients use, from mainstream CRMs to legacy tools, and make them reliable.
• Build the product our clients and our team use every day: dashboards, reporting, pipeline and collections.
• Make architecture decisions that will hold as we go from 30 law firms to hundreds, in Spain, the UK and beyond.
• Help define how engineering works at Juryo: tooling, standards,



monitoring, hiring and culture. What we’re looking for
• You’re a strong engineer with real production experience. You know how to build systems that hold up under load and real users.
• You’re solid on backend and data: TypeScript or Python, SQL, APIs, queues, webhooks.
• You’re AI native. You use coding agents daily and know how to get the most out of them, and when not to trust them.
• You have product sense. You care about what gets built and why, not just how.
• You get things done. You’d rather ship something that works today and iterate than wait for perfect.
• You’re hungry to work. We’re a team that wants to make its mark, and we put in the hours.
• You speak English fluently. Spanish is a plus.
• You live in Barcelona or are willing to move here. We work from the office, 100% on site. What we work with TypeScript, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, webhooks, Vercel and AWS. If you know some of them, great. If not, they can be learned: we care more about how fast you learn than about what your CV says.
