? We are looking for a O&M; Site Supervisor to support our Wind Farms located in the region of Cádiz. ✅Functions &

Responsibilities:
• Portfolio & Asset Management Support: Manage a portfolio of medium to large facility wind farms ensuring that all O&M; works are undertaken in accordance with the contractual scope, efficiently and effectively. Assist Asset Managers with other day-to-day O&M; requirements and administrative activities.
• Health & Safety Measures: Ensure that HSE requirements for O&M; activities in operating facilities/assets are met.
• Asset Optimization: Ensure works are organized to maximize performance and safe operation of the plants, work focused on the fulfillment of defined KPI's. Review of working procedures. Maintenance strategy and asset performance optimizations.
• EPC Management: Attending follow-up meetings with outsourced asset management and O&M; contractors in connection to the Maintenance Plan.
• Risks Identification & Problem Solving: Risks and opportunities assessment. Provide solutions, if required, from a technical and organizational point of view.
• Reporting: Checking progress of the works for monthly instalments approval. Coordination/preparation of technical reports.
• Stakeholder Management: Keep direct relations with suppliers, administrations, and any other stakeholders, at site level. ?

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• A Bachelor's degree in in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or similar).
• At least 3-7 years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced to Intermediate English language proficiency (B2-C1), Native Spanish language proficiency (C1-C2), both written and verbal. ?Additional Points:




• Technical Certification/Safety Training in BST/GWO to work in a wind farm.
• Experience managing renewable energy assets (mainly wind projects).
• Specific experience in the operation and maintenance of wind farms and related technology currently within CTG's operating portfolio would be greatly appreciated and valued.
• Exhaustive knowledge of full-service/LTSA O&M; contracts from main O&M; contractors and/or OEMs, mainly in the wind sector (mainly Vestas & Siemens-Gamesa).
• Ability to read and evaluate O&M; manuals and procedures, Maintenance Plans and reports.
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple crews.
• Able to read and understand AC 3-Phase electrical prints and racking plans.
• Ability to identify proper electrical workmanship practices.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of solar Wind design, installation, retrofits, and troubleshooting.
• Great time management, analytical and problem resolution capacity.
