Your mission & impact As a Senior DevOps Engineer / Platform Engineer, you’ll be responsible for operating and improving the platform from the first technical request through to verified production. You’ll work across Azure services, containers, Windows servers, databases, networks, security and automation. When an issue crosses several layers, you’ll investigate the full chain, find the real cause and drive the fix through to completion. You’ll also help the team use AI agents in a controlled way, with clear instructions, human review and evidence that changes have been tested before reaching production. ✅ What we’re looking for
• 5–8 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, infrastructure, cloud operations or SRE.
• Proven experience managing and troubleshooting production environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including services such as Container Apps or App Service, virtual machines, Azure Container Registry, Key Vault, managed identities, Entra ID, Storage, VNets and private endpoints.
• Production experience with Python or TypeScript for APIs, services, automation or code reviews.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell and Bash.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, including pull requests, branch policies, automated tests, staging environments and production approvals.
• Experience with Terraform or Bicep and infrastructure managed through code.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, service accounts, NTFS permissions and RDS.
• Good understanding of DNS, firewalls, certificates, proxies, VPNs, network security groups and private connectivity.
• Experience working with Docker and containerised services.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL Server, including performance issues, connections, indexes and database migrations.
• High level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.




• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical teams, corporate IT, business stakeholders and external providers. ? What you will do
• Operate and improve web services running on Azure and containers, across staging and production environments.
• Investigate incidents that cross multiple technical areas, such as code, DNS, certificates, firewall rules, credentials, Windows policies or database connectivity.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with tests, approvals, release controls, post-deployment checks and rollback procedures.
• Manage infrastructure through Terraform or Bicep, keeping manual changes out of the Azure portal.
• Administer Windows machines used by automation processes, including Windows Server, Active Directory, GPOs, RDS sessions, service accounts and permissions.
• Manage Azure identities, secrets, certificates, private endpoints, network rules and access for internal teams and third parties.
• Support PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases, including schema changes, performance checks, backups and recovery procedures.
• Work with UiPath Automation Cloud and Orchestrator, including robots, machines, folders, queues, assets and credentials.
• Monitor services and incidents through Elastic, Kibana or similar observability tools.
• Maintain clear release documentation, runbooks, technical decisions and evidence that changes have been checked in production.
• Help the team use development agents such as Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot through practical rules, reusable guides, hooks, permissions and safe working practices.
• Support AI assistants and agents in web applications, including model APIs, streaming, tools, MCP connections, RAG and human review queues.
• Coordinate with corporate IT and technology providers using verified information, clear actions and documented follow-up. ? Your mindset & soft skills

• Experience with Kubernetes, Azure Monitor, Application Insights or Grafana.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search or AI assistants in web applications.
• Experience with UiPath Studio, Action Center or Document Understanding.
• Experience with Playwright, load testing, integration testing or tests using real databases.
• Experience with Zscaler, ExpressRoute, VPNs, Wireshark or tcpdump.
• Knowledge of ITIL, incident management, root cause analysis and technical runbooks.
• Experience with disaster recovery planning, restoration tests, RPO and RTO.
• Knowledge of Azure cost management, budgets and monitoring of AI model usage.
