• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Lead global bid preparation and contract negotiations for large-scale renewable projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive proposals. What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in international sales, global account management, or business development within the energy, grid technologies, or renewables sector.
• Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen, with the ability to effectively manage bids and proposals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, combined with strong intercultural awareness.




• Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and project-related activities.
• Fluent English skills are required; additional languages like German or French are considered an advantage.
