The Role:

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Specialist to join one of our client teams, a global leader in industrial automation that is rolling out Microsoft Dynamics 365 across its worldwide operations. You will work hands-on with D365 Finance, serving as the bridge between finance business teams and the system by gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting the global rollout.

This is a full-time, long-term engagement. In this role, you will combine deep D365 Finance functional expertise with strong business-analysis skills, working closely with stakeholders across business and IT. This is a functional consultant role, so you will own finance requirements and configuration, contributing throughout the implementation lifecycle from design through go-live and post-go-live support.

What you'll do

- Gather and translate finance business requirements into D365 solutions (GAP/fit analysis)
- Configure core finance modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, bank reconciliation
- Handle tax and localizations across multiple regions
- Support data migration, integrations (incl. banking), testing and UAT
- Lead workshops, training, go-live and post-go-live support

Requirements





- 6–10 years of hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / F&O; in real production implementations.
- Deep hands‐on expertise across core Finance modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Experience with tax and localizations across multiple regions.
- Proven experience delivering the full implementation cycle: requirements, configuration, testing, go-live, and support.
- Experience with D365 data migration and integrations.
- Functional / business-analysis capability — able to gather requirements, advise stakeholders, and own solution design (this is not a developer role).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

- ExFlow or other ISV solutions experience.
- Global / multi‐country / enterprise-level D365 implementations.
- Background in integral manufacturing or industrial organizations.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, HP ALM, ServiceNow, or SharePoint.
- Microsoft certification MB-310 (Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate).
