Mercor is seeking a Corporate/M&A; Lawyer to support a remote, project-based engagement in Spain. The position requires strong Spanish corporate law experience and the ability to work independently to a rubric and deadlines, with a ~10-hour commitment.
Compensation is $140–$150 per hour on a contract basis. Idóneo candidates have 2–3+ years of law-firm experience in corporate/M&A; or transactional practice and are qualified to practise in Spain, fluent in Spanish with precise written communication.
