This is a remote, part-time educational content role. You’ll create rubrics, exemplar responses, short research-style briefs, and instructional materials that mirror high-quality high school coursework. Your work will train next-generation AI models to reason more like expert educators. Projects are asynchronous and versátil, with ~10 hours/week expected when active.
ResponsibilitiesWrite detailed grading rubrics for assignments, essays, problem sets, and multi-step reasoning tasksProduce exemplar student responses at multiple proficiency levels, with structured feedbackDraft short research briefs explaining common misconceptions, cognitive scaffolds, and pedagogical strategiesCreate instructional materials: guided inquiry sequences, reading comprehension tasks, problem-solving breakdowns, and moreEvaluate model outputs and flag issues with reasoning, structure, clarity, or pedagogyRequired QualificationsStrong understanding of rubric design,
