Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class support for Canon customers through phone, email, and chat within the Customer Support Services sector
Resolve technical inquiries and product-related questions with high professional standards and efficiency
Maintain a deep understanding of Canon products to deliver accurate and helpful information to our user base
Ensure customer satisfaction by managing follow-ups and documenting interactions in our CRM systems
Collaborate with international teams to optimize communication strategies for Portuguese-speaking markets
Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality and performance standards within the department
Requirements
Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
Proficiency in English to effectively interact with our diverse internal team
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece
