The IT Innovation and Transformation Specialist drives technology initiatives that improve productivity, security, and IT operations. This is a highly hands-on role requiring extensive professional experience and advanced technical proficiency across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft security technologies.
The role focuses on modern workplace solutions, identity management, endpoint security, automation, AI adoption, and cross-platform management across Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, SaaS applications, and cloud services.
Innovation and Transformation
Identify and implement technologies that improve productivity, efficiency, and user experience.




Develop proofs of concept and automate manual processes using modern tools and cloud services.
Microsoft 365, Azure and Identity
Design, administer, and optimize Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Graph.
Optimize licensing, cloud consumption, and service configurations.
Design and maintain endpoint management solutions for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS/iPadOS, and Android using Intune and complementary technologies.
Manage device provisioning, application deployment, configuration, compliance, security baselines, and remediation.
Improve endpoint lifecycle management, standardization, and user experience through automation.
Cybersecurity and Governance
Partner closely with the Cybersecurity team to align IT initiatives with security strategy, policies, and risk management requirements.
Embed security, privacy, and compliance by design across Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoints, and SaaS platforms.
Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Bash/shell scripting, Azure automation.
Reduce manual IT operations through reliable, reusable, and secure automation.
Apply engineering best practices, including logging, error handling, testing, documentation, and maintainability.
Contribute to IT strategy, technology roadmaps, architecture decisions, and continuous service improvement.




Work closely with IT, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to deliver aligned technology initiatives.
Share technical knowledge and promote standardization, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Extensive professional experience in enterprise IT, with strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving capabilities.
Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and related Microsoft technologies.
Strong understanding of identity security, Zero Trust, endpoint protection, access governance, and enterprise security controls.
Proven experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, scripting, and automation.
Experience managing Windows and macOS environments, with working knowledge of Linux and mobile platforms.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Purview, SaaS governance, and cloud operations.
Improved IT efficiency, productivity, and user experience.
Stronger security posture and alignment with Cybersecurity requirements.
Better utilization of Microsoft 365, Azure, and SaaS investments.
Successful adoption of innovation, AI, and automation.
