Your Mission

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the development and sales of utility-scale BESS projects for Spainish clients.



The role focuses on market expansion, strategic partnership development, project origination, and commercial execution within the rapidly growing energy storage sector.

What You'll Be Doing
Business Development & Sales

- Lead business development activities for utility-scale BESS projects (≥50MWh), including standalone storage, solar-plus-storage, and grid-side applications.

- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with utilities, project developers, EPC contractors, and other key stakeholders.

- Conduct customer engagement, opportunity identification, commercial negotiations, and contract execution to achieve sales targets.

Project Development & Execution

- Manage projects from opportunity identification through feasibility assessment, bid preparation, contract negotiation, and project delivery support.

- Coordinate with technical and internal teams to ensure successful project execution, risk management, and timely
