Are you an experienced professional or educator looking to share your knowledge in the food and meat processing sector? FDS 15/25 Entitat formativa is seeking a dedicated trainer in Palma, Mallorca, to deliver two specialized training modules: INAD0006 (Packaging, conditioning, and packaging of food products) and HOTR0046 (Food handler and food safety). This educational program is directly tied to an FP Dual vocational training call for the meat processing industry. The temporary role begins on December 1, 2026, offering you a focused teaching opportunity right here on the island.

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and educating students through both theoretical and practical coursework. Your main tasks include:

- Delivering 60 hours of training for module INAD0006: Packaging, conditioning, and packaging of food products.
- Delivering 75 hours of training for module HOTR0046: Food handler and food safety standards.
- Monitoring student performance and evaluating practical competence in food handling.
- Coordinating with the training center to ensure the curriculum meets FP Dual requirements.
- Maintaining daily attendance logs and academic progress records.

To succeed in this teaching position,



you should bring solid knowledge of food safety standards and packaging processes. Key criteria include:

- Meeting the trainer qualification requirements outlined in the official course specifications.
- Previous experience or relevant training in food safety, packaging, or the meat industry.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide adult learners.
- Availability to deliver classes on-site in Palma following the agreed timetable.

Please note that if no candidate meets all official training requirements by the end of the public notice period, a certificate of candidate shortage may be issued, allowing the center to appoint a qualified professional who does not strictly fulfill all formal criteria.

- Temporary 2-month contract covering 135 total training hours.
- Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.
- Total remuneration of 4,320 EUR gross (calculated at 32 EUR/hour employer cost).
