SAP S2P Lead – S/4HANA Transformation

Location: Barcelona, Spain (onsite bi-weekly)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) Lead to support a major S/4HANA transformation programme for a retail business. The successful candidate will lead the S2P workstream, overseeing solution design and delivery across procurement and supplier-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the S2P workstream throughout the S/4HANA transformation, from design through implementation.

- Drive process design and optimisation across procurement, purchasing, supplier management and invoice processing.

- Work closely with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.

- Oversee solution design, integration,



testing and deployment activities.

- Manage workstream deliverables, risks, dependencies and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

- Proven experience leading SAP S2P workstreams on S/4HANA transformation programmes.

- Strong knowledge of SAP procurement and purchasing processes, ideally within retail.

- Experience in end-to-end process design, implementation and business transformation.

- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

- Must be available to work onsite in Barcelona every two weeks.
