SAP S/4HANA Retail Services Solutions Consultant

Location: Spain / Germany
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Retail Services Solutions Consultant to support a major retail transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering retail service solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and end-to-end retail processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Retail Services solutions to support retail business operations.

- Support end-to-end returns processes, including customer returns, refunds, exchanges and integration with sales and inventory management.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and SAP solutions.





- Collaborate with SAP functional teams to ensure integration across sales, pricing, inventory and order management.

- Support functional testing, defect resolution, deployment and post-go-live activities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Retail, with a strong understanding of retail services solutions.

- Experience designing and implementing retail returns and refund processes.

- Strong knowledge of retail business processes and cross-functional SAP integration.

- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
