SAP Business Change Lead

Location: Barcelona, Spain (onsite bi-weekly)
Project: Retail SAP Transformation

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Change Lead to support a major retail transformation project in Spain. The successful candidate will lead the business change workstream, ensuring the organisation, its people and processes are prepared for the implementation of SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver the business change management strategy and plan.

- Lead stakeholder engagement, impact assessments and change readiness activities.

- Oversee communications, training and business adoption initiatives.

- Work closely with SAP functional teams and business stakeholders to align change activities with project milestones.





- Identify and manage resistance to change, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and processes.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an SAP Business Change Lead on large-scale transformation projects.

- Previous experience within the retail sector is highly desirable.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.

- Experience delivering change across complex business functions and user groups.

- Fluent English required; Spanish language skills would be advantageous.

- Must be available to work onsite in Barcelona every two weeks.
