What You'll Do
* Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
* Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
* Promote safety, dignity, and independence
* Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
* Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
* Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
* In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss What We're Looking For:
* High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
* CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
* Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Caregiver
